Lions Clubs in District 4-A1 are groups where individuals join together to give their time and effort to improving their communities and the world. They have since 1932! We are a 501(c)(4) organization – EIN #23-7426310. (1,659 Members)
District 4-A1 is composed of clubs in these eight counties in California: Tuolumne, Calaveras, Amador, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Merced, Mariposa, and Madera.
Our outreach services (eight Global Causes) focus on vision, diabetes, childhood cancer, environment, disaster relief, hunger, youth, and humanitarian efforts.
Lions International is in over 200 countries and territories – and has over 1.4 million members in 49,000 clubs. “WE SERVE” is our motto and District 4-A1 Lions are proud to serve together to make our communities stronger, safer, and better places to live.
