While the Proud Lion Program focuses on new members District 4-A1 encourages any Lion who has not earned a Proud Lion pin to earn a Proud Lion pin.
For a member to earn the Proud Lion Pin they must:
- Attend a club board meeting
- Participate in a club service or fundraising activity
- Introduce a new prospective member to the club
- Make a visit to another club and secure a visitation slip
- Attend a zone, region or multiple district meeting and report back to the club
The tasks listed above must be attained within a twelve-month period.
The Club Secretary or Club Membership Chair will verify the completion of tasks.
